Stepping into The Queen's Ball: A Bridgerton Experience in Chicago was like entering the pages of a Bridgerton novel. From the moment we walked into the ballroom, it felt as if we had been transported to 1813, ready to rub shoulders with the Ton and present ourselves to the Queen. For a modern twist, there were also virtual portrait stations, where we could create stunning Bridgerton-inspired images to capture the magic of the night. Dressed to the nines in a period-inspired piece from Selkie, I felt as if I had stepped straight out of a Bridgerton ball scene!

The specialty cocktails were another highlight of the evening. Each drink was carefully crafted to fit the Bridgerton theme, with names like the Whistledown & Dirty and Lady Bridgerton. The drinks were as delicious as they were elegant, adding a delightful touch to the overall experience. Sipping on my cocktail while watching the ballroom swirl with dancers was a moment I’ll never forget.
The live music was another enchanting element of the night. A talented string ensemble brought the Bridgerton soundtrack to life with classical renditions of our favorite pop songs. Hearing those familiar tunes transformed into elegant string performances was nothing short of magical. And as if that wasn’t enough, the live theatrical performances were captivating. A love story was told through the dancers' graceful movements, adding a layer of romance and drama to the ball. It was like watching Daphne and the Duke’s love story unfold before our very eyes.
